  • If you’ve been to Split Fitness, you’ve probably seen Alexis in action—coaching, cheering people on, and keeping the gym running strong. As the owner, she’s the heart of this place, bringing her passion for fitness and community to everything she does.

Her full bio is coming soon, but in the meantime, just know this—she’s awesome, she knows her stuff, and she’s here to help you crush your goals! Stay tuned to learn more about her journey.

  • Jesse has always been passionate about fitness, whether training for his own health or competing in sports at a high level. Now, as he works toward completing his kinesiology degree, he’s excited to apply his knowledge to help others reach their fitness goals.

His approach to coaching is centered on making exercise an essential (and enjoyable) part of a healthy lifestyle. Whether you’re training for performance or just looking to move and feel better, Jesse is committed to helping you find what works best for you.

Outside of the gym, Jesse plays rugby for the Wild Oats men’s team and the University of Saskatchewan rugby club. And if there’s one thing he won’t say no to, it’s a good noodle bowl!

  • Carine brings over eight years of experience in the fitness industry, starting as a kickboxing coach before expanding into personal training. She’s always been fascinated by movement and muscle growth, but her true passion lies in human connection—helping people push past their limits and realize their full potential.

Her coaching style is all about encouragement, knowledge-sharing, and building confidence in every client she works with. She’s thrilled to be part of the Split Fitness community and can’t wait to help members crush their goals!

When she’s not coaching, Carine is working toward her psychology degree to become a family and couples therapist (because helping people grow isn’t just for the gym!).

  • Chelsea brings an extensive background in kinesiology and exercise science, along with a contagious passion for movement and fitness. With both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Kinesiology, she’s spent years studying how the body moves—and now she uses that knowledge to help others push beyond their limits in every class she leads.

Her favorite thing about coaching? The energy of group training and motivating people to reach levels they never thought possible.

When she’s not coaching, Chelsea loves exploring new restaurants, traveling, watching movies, and taking her pup for long walks.
